Project Management

Our company also undertakes the management of projects on behalf of our clients. These projects can be either from previously undertaken successfully secured funding projects or newly obtained clients.

 

The services we offer include the registration of new companies, cost and pricing controls, preparation of techno-financial reports and budgets, creation of new safety valves and control of works and re-evaluation of existing systems, facilitation and smooth execution of projects, as well as monthly monitoring of the correct use of funds for the 3 years required by the EU.

 

 

Additionally, we are able to represent our Customers in the conclusion of new agreements and contracts or even guide them in the correct execution of terms and instructions for existing contracts, for which obstacles may be faced.
